Deposit and Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm. Deposits must be received within 7 days of your requesting reservation to be confirmed.

Full payment is required for all reservations is due within 60 days of arrival.

Deposits will be refunded only if “A Place in Paradise” can be re-rented for the same dates and the same rate.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

There will be a 20% service charge of the full rental rate on all refunds if “A Place in Paradise” is successfully re-rented.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
We strongly recommend that you acquire Travel Insurance to protect your vacation plans for travel at all times of the year.
